These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, client portal, research reports, model portfolios, calculators, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Whitestone Prime Capital Pvt Ltd ("Whitestone Capital", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Whitestone Capital is a SEBI-registered Research Analyst (Registration No. INH000020794) and an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN: 281897), based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Registration granted by SEBI and certification from NISM in no way guarantee the performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors.

Our research reports, model portfolios, and recommendations are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They represent our views as of the date of publication and do not constitute personalised investment advice, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security.

The platform does not execute trades. Model portfolio updates and rebalancing alerts are notifications only; you remain solely responsible for your own investment decisions and for transacting through your chosen broker or platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under Indian law. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated, including any KYC information requested.

Access is via a one-time code (OTP) sent to your registered email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access to your email and account, and for all activity under your account.

Certain Services require a paid subscription offered for fixed durations (6 months or 12 months). Subscription fees are collected in advance through our payment partner, Razorpay. Applicable taxes may apply.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Investments in securities and mutual funds are subject to market risks. Read all related documents carefully before investing. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and no representation or warranty is made that any recommendation, model portfolio, or strategy will be profitable or achieve any particular outcome.

You acknowledge that any decision to act on our research is made at your own discretion and risk.

All content made available through the Services — including research reports, model portfolios, text, analysis, graphics, and the platform itself — is owned by or licensed to Whitestone Capital and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Research reports may be watermarked with your name and email. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to: (a) share your account access or distribute subscriber-only content; (b) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its data; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; or (e) misrepresent our research as personalised advice to third parties.

The Services may display data sourced from third parties (for example, market and mutual fund data) and may link to third-party websites. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data and are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whitestone Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any investment losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or reliance on any content. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer, each of which forms part of these Terms.

For any grievance relating to the Services, please write to grievance.invest@white-stone.co.in. If your concern remains unresolved, you may approach SEBI SCORES at https://scores.sebi.gov.in or use the SmartODR portal at https://smartodr.in.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable SEBI dispute-resolution mechanisms, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
