Commission Disclosure

1. Whitestone Prime Capital Pvt. Ltd. distributes regular plans of mutual funds. We charge you no fee for this service.
2. We receive trail commission from the mutual fund house for as long as you stay invested. It is paid out of the scheme's expense ratio, not charged to you separately.
3. Commission rates differ by scheme, plan and mutual fund house, and can change over time. The commission paid to us on each of your investments is shown in your Consolidated Account Statement (CAS). We will tell you the rate for any scheme on request, before or after you invest.
4. Direct plans carry no distributor commission and have a lower expense ratio. You can invest in them directly with the mutual fund house or its registrar; investing through us is in regular plans.
5. For PMS, any fee we receive from the portfolio manager is disclosed to you before you invest.
6. The choice of scheme and the decision to invest are yours.
