A research desk that also does the follow-through.
We are a Pune-based firm built around two habits: forming a view on the evidence, and then actually servicing what we recommend. Research, mutual fund distribution, PMS distribution and insurance servicing sit under one roof, each under its own registration.
What we are trying to build
A firm that people stay with for decades, because the reasoning is always available and the servicing does not fade after the first year. We would rather be the house that explains a mistake than the one that quietly moves on from it.
How we get there
By keeping the research process documented and repeatable, keeping distribution honest about what it earns, and keeping a named person accountable for every client file. Ethics and admin, rather than anything cleverer than that.
Four things we hold ourselves to
A documented process, not a hunch
Our equity universe is scored every month on fundamentals, price structure and market regime. The method is written down, applied the same way each time, and does not change because a stock is popular.
Reasoning you can audit
Every recommendation and every rebalance carries the analyst name, the date and the reasoning. You are meant to be able to disagree with us on the evidence.
We never hold your money
Payments go directly to the asset management company or exchange. Securities sit in your own name. We place and service instructions; we do not take custody of anything.
Servicing on a clock
Reviews happen on a fixed cadence and are logged, so nothing depends on you remembering to chase us. Renewals, rebalances and reviews are tracked, not left to goodwill.
What we are registered to do
Each activity runs under its own registration and its own entity. Research is independent of, and not tied to, the distribution of any product.
