Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers research and model-portfolio subscriptions of Whitestone Capital, a SEBI-registered Research Analyst (INH000020794). Whitestone Prime Capital Pvt. Ltd. charges you no fee for mutual fund, PMS or insurance distribution, so no refund arises for those services. Money you invest in a mutual fund is returned only by redemption, under the rules of the mutual fund house.

Your fee, billing period and subscription dates are stated in the Research Analyst Terms and Conditions (MITC) you sign. Fees are charged in advance for no more than one year at a time. We accept payment only by UPI to our SEBI-validated UPI ID or by bank transfer to Whitestone Capital's bank account, as stated in the MITC. We never accept cash.

You may cancel at any time by e-mail to invest@white-stone.co.in with the subject “Subscription cancellation”. Your service ends on the day we receive your request, or on a later date you ask for.

We refund the fee for the unexpired period of your subscription, in proportion to the days remaining after your service ends. We charge no cancellation or breakage fee.

• Duplicate payment: refunded in full.
• Fee paid but service not started: refunded in full.
• If Whitestone Capital ends the service, or its SEBI registration is cancelled or suspended for more than 60 days: the fee for the unexpired period is refunded in proportion, from the date the service ended.

Refunds are paid to the bank account or UPI ID the fee came from, within 7 working days of your cancellation or request. Please give your name, registered e-mail address and the payment date or reference.

If the refund terms in your signed MITC differ from this policy, the terms more favourable to you apply.
